Contract Cleaning Professional (Residential & Office)

Join our growing team as an independent contractor and help keep homes and offices spotless. We’re looking for detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in their work, communicate well, and deliver a great client experience.

About the Role

Status: 1099 Independent Contractor

Locations: Residential homes and small to mid-sized offices in the suburbs around the metro area

Schedule: set your Flexible; set your availability (weekdays, evenings, or weekends)

Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do

Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and workspaces

Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal

Office tasks: wipe down desks, common areas, conference rooms, and break rooms

Periodic deep-clean tasks (inside fridge/oven, baseboards, blinds, interior windows)

Report maintenance issues, supply needs, or access problems

Follow client-specific checklists and security/lock-up procedures

What You Bring

6+ months experience in residential or commercial cleaning (preferred)

Reliability, strong attention to detail, and professional communication

Smartphone for scheduling, navigation, and job updates

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift/move up to 25–30 lbs and be on your feet for several hours

Willingness to complete a background check

Proof of right to work; ability to receive 1099 payments

Liability insurance (or willing to obtain)
