Our team researches, innovates and creates solutions that deliver healthy results for our customers.Job Purpose and ImpactThe Senior Associate Marketing Manager (Open to Remote) will lead cross-functional teammates with strong project management, support category growth with business analysis, and enable our animal feed/pet food brand portfolio management.Key Accountabilities
Leverage category trends, consumer and consumer insights, and competitive intel to support portfolio strategy
Analyze product sales performance results to unlock critical business insights
Manage several new product pipeline projects, collaborating across cross-functional stakeholders, to deliver against project goals, timelines, and resourcing requirements
Partner with Marketing Manager in yearly strategic planning to identify and execute business priorities
Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience in marketing, sales, business analysis, or innovation
Project management experience, strong execution and continuous improvement mindset (Familiarity with Wrike or similar programs)
Preferred Qualifications
Industry experience –CPG/Retail and/or animal feed
Product innovation experience, bringing new launches to market
Portfolio and business analysis experience – identifying key insights to drive decisions
Master's degree or Master of Business Administration, business management or other marketing studies

Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific location, certifications, education, and level of experience. The disclosed range estimate may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance.At Cargill we put people first.
