This role is a hyflex work arrangement:  Approximately 1 day onsite per week in Red Wing, MN headquarters office, with remote work eligibility the remainder of the week.We are seeking a Senior Credit Analyst to join our Accounts Receivable Credit team. This role is responsible for managing a global portfolio of accounts, driving process improvements, and ensuring strong customer and team relationships. The ideal candidate will bring both analytical expertise and leadership skills to help standardize processes, improve efficiency, and maintain a best-in-class credit function.Key Responsibilities:Lead efforts to deliver a consistent customer and employee experience across the Credit teamImplement and drive process improvements across the order-to-cash cyclePrepare and report on key department metricsSupport system upgrades and implementationsStandardize customer communications and negotiationsProvide training for team members and new dealersManage a global portfolio of 1,000 customer accounts, maintaining delinquency rates below 5% over 60 days past dueMonitor and report on customer payment trendsReview, approve, and manage customer credit applications, credit limits, and credit risk factorsRelease orders, place accounts on hold, process cash-in-advance orders, and propose bad debt write-offsFollow up on past-due balances and manage escalations with third-party collection agenciesPartner with Sales and Billing teams to resolve customer inquiries and billing discrepanciesManage bankruptcy filings and reportingSupport EDI/integrated receivables functionalityProcess monthly statements and interest invoices
