We are seeking candidates who embrace diversity, equity and inclusion in a workplace where everyoneIn this role, you will:Partner and mentor junior and senior Risk analysts with a consensus-building empowerment approach

Secure all program approvals with compelling business cases that drive credit results

Assess and manage credit risk-return, risk appetite and operational risk

Successfully manage FCRA controls, procedures and validations maintaining evidence of all preventative and detective FCRA controls.

Maintain credit risk criteria documents and control evidence

Effectively influence partners and campaign decisions managing risk/reward

Approve and provide credible challenge of line of business credit products, programs, and policies

Assess channel performance, criteria change and risk concentration impacts

Enhance credit risk reporting/monitoring, and proactively identify emerging trends and concerns with both credit risk and operational risk

Advise senior leadership to develop and implement strategies, programs and policies with a direct and significant impact on credit risk appetite

Pull data and execute programs to assess criteria and credit impact

Influence platform/underwriting solutions that are long-term, scalable, innovative, yet nimble and intuitive.

Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Be a conduit to Senior management on the direction and success of targeted channels

Required Qualifications, US:7+ years of Credit Risk experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

5+ years SAS/SQL risk programming experience

Desired Qualifications:Ability to lead others and lead projects through a consensus-building approach

Experience with large relational databases and merging/joining logic

Experience with credit card targeting/marketing

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Excel (use of pivot tables) and Power Point

Strong process management and reengineering skills
