Join us for a career in sales that changes lives.A Day in the LifeMedtronic seeks an experienced, dynamic Patient Advocate to convert and close new and existing patient leads by applying best-in-class phone sales skills, effective time/lead management, and product knowledge to address and alleviate patient concerns or objections.The Patient Advocate team contributes to the success of the Pelvic Health and Neuromodulation US Sales Organization by executing many sales activities such as analyzing data, pursuing sales leads through emails, texts, and outbound calls, responding to inbound patient calls, and advancing potential and existing customers through the sales process while ensuring a quality customer experience. Our Patient Advocate team members work closely with our field sales team and field clinical team to drive sales activities tied to Medtronic’s portfolio of products, which may include lead follow-up, clinic day scheduling, or pulling through distributor orders.Hours: Typical hours will be an 8-hour shift sometime between 8 AM – 7 PM CST Monday - FridayResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Remotely sell Medtronic's product portfolio and retain end-user (install base) patients to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals.

Identify, develop, and close leads for the business and refer to internal leads when appropriate.

Document sales activities and capture notes on all outreach efforts in the customer relationship management system.

Work to achieve individual sales targets by quickly following up on leads generated through Medtronic’s marketing and sales efforts.

Identify roadblocks and opportunities to improve the process.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Bachelors degree required

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience and working knowledge of company products and services

Nice to Have

Demonstrable, consistent success indicated by a high level of sales performance

Excellent selling skills and confidence in engaging in outbound and inbound sales activities

Previous experience as a team leader, manager, supervisor, mentor, or trainer

Previous experience in a high-volume healthcare or medical device call center environment

Strong customer focus in delivering sales and building relationships with field employees

Ability to understand and solve underlying causes of simple or complex problems
