TITLE: Senior Product Designer- PART TIME

Location: Minneapolis, MN

Looking for someone 10-20 hours per week for 3-4 months, opportunity to convert Full Time and Direct Hire post contract.

We are looking for an experienced Product and UI/UX designer to join our tech team. We're looking for a designer who can understand the user and business needs, create user-friendly and elegant mockups, and work with the engineering team to execute. The designer will also work with our marketing team to understand company branding and implement consistent and elegant designs across the platform, including app design, website design, and advertising graphics.

What You'll Do:
  • Create design mockups for new features and pages across the platform.
  • Suggest improvements to design and performance to product engineers
  • Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts.
  • Understand the business and user's needs to create designs for seamless user experiences that perform and look great.
  • Work with the marketing team to create graphics for advertising and branding.
  • Hire and grow the design team as the company expands.
Skills / Experience You Will Need:
  • You have 2+ years of professional UI/UX design experience
  • Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • You have experience with creating graphics
  • An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious
  • Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve
