We partner with Hospital Executives and Administrators seeking to Grow Optimize Connect.Summary of PositionIn this highly visible role as Senior Program Manager, Solutions Development, you will play an integral role in bringing our new consultative offerings to life. This includes designing, developing, piloting, and determining commercial potential of new capabilities, programs, digital technologies, and tools that enhance our existing portfolio of niche consulting services and solutions. You will collaborate on these novel initiatives directly with our fastest-growing operating units, highest-performing adjacent teams, and leading-edge Enterprise Account clients to understand and analyze their most pressing business problems and deliver high-value consultancy services which improve their productivity, quality and competitiveness.We are seeking to hire an innovative, collaborative, organized, and driven individual who is ready to dive in and transform ideas into tangible solutions that create measurable impact. You will partner with hospital management and clinical teams to drive complex transformational change, implement innovative strategies, streamline patient-focused care pathways. Initiating all work with an entrepreneurial mindset, and forging ahead to secure internal partner engagement, effectively lead cross-functional teams, communicate with clarity to internal leaders and hospital executives, and balance autonomous work on unique deliverables will be imperative.We partner closely with our peers across the U.S. Market to leverage our breadth and scale in enterprise account relationships, specialty channels, and commercial operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience while collectively reaching more patients. This role reports directly to the Senior Director, Innovation within the Medtronic Healthcare Consulting organization. The MHC function sits within the Americas Region and serves the U.S. Market Enterprise Accounts.We seek out and hire a diverse workforce at every level: We need fresh ideas and inclusive insights to continue to be an innovative industry leader thats why we make it a point to seek out, attract and develop employees who are patient-centric, passionate, and who represent the same wide variety of life experiences as our patients.This position has the option to be a remote-based role although some travel will be required (30%) for internal meetings, innovation sessions, and customer engagement.A Day in the LifeThis person will lead the design, development and pilot process for new consulting solutions and services involving both internal and external customers and be responsible for:Designing the structure, format, content requirements for the new services and solutions

Identifying and leading cross-functional teams including influencing across functions and businesses while balancing divergent objectives to gain the cooperation of other parties on program objectives and execution plans.

Project Managing includes establishing program objectives, timelines, milestones, and budgets; maintaining accountability for the overall process, performance, and customer satisfaction; and conducting briefings to higher level management team.

Developing and packaging the consulting capabilities, programs, digital technologies, and tools into pilot ready solutions

Gaining approvals from legal, compliance and adjacent partners to move into the pilot phase

Identifying clients who meet the pilot selection criteria and driving signature on the contract

Leading the pilot process from start to finish on-site with the client and in tight partnership with our MHC Engagement team and Enterprise Account directors

Navigating challenges that arise by proactively information gathering, analyzing and investigating to understand the problem and propose possible options for resolution.

Bringing the pilot to closure, assessing impact and commercial viability, making recommendations for changes and improvements.

Partnering with the commercialization team to prepare for the launch of new solutions into the market

Must Have: Minimum RequirementsBachelors degree and a minimum of 7years of Program/Project Management experience within marketing or consultingOR 5years with an advanced degree.Nice to HaveDegree in business administration, finance, accounting, or economics

Experience in medical device, healthcare consulting and/or directly in hospital administration

Demonstrated ability to operate from idea generation, strategy development through detailed implementation and results delivery

Developing, commercializing, marketing, selling consulting programs or solutions and defining the go-to-market business model

Familiarity with developing analytics frameworks and models to solve complex client problems

Proficiency in project management, building business plans and financial models

Leading cross-functional teams, change management and complex implementation of solutions or programs on-site with health system administrative/clinical leaders

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with proven success developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both customers (physician and administrative customers) and internal functional representatives

General understanding of hospital financials, billing, and coding practices

General understanding of hospital operations, processes, clinical pathways, patient navigation

General understanding of cardiovascular, neuroscience or medical/surgical disease states and Medtronic related therapies or products and their application
