- Lead Compensation analyst resource for HR business process and technology projects
- Workday product expertise in the areas of Workday Compensation and other product areas as required.
- Provide Workday subject matter functional expertise for day-to-day support and development including business process configuration, complex calculated fields, integrations, EIB(s), testing and other troubleshooting support
- Present Workday best practices and partner with COE(s) to understand pain points, prioritize requirements and identify opportunities to improve processes and gain efficiency by leveraging Workday functionality
- Partner with HR/business to define functional requirements including data, configuration, and integration needs and translate into technical requirements.
- System consultant to HR business - identify and articulate process impacts on technology/data and potential constraints or downstream impacts
- Responsible for quality assurance, creation of test scripts and testing execution
- Develop documentation and training to support system or processes changes
- Lead process and functional discussions while collaborating with key business centers, HR Business Partners, HR Operations, technical and development teams and third party vendors.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong experience with Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation highly preferred
- Experience working in a global company
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into specifications
- Ability to work with contractors and 3rd party vendors to ensure a quality result on projects and enhancements.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, configure and support data, processes, and technology
- Experience supporting stabilization and ongoing production support of technical solutions
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/activities and prioritize appropriately
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with technical and business partners at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
- Highly organized individual with a process improvement and client service mindset
- Proven ability to work successfully with global, cross-functional project teams and translate complex business analysis into actionable recommendations through to implementation
- Ability to train and lead others
