Servers/Sandwich Makers Wanted - Great tips!

We are looking for a couple more staff members to help in our small family owned and operated café and gift shop up the shore near Knife River. Base pay is starting at $10/hour, but tips are great and often exceeding the base pay so you can easily earn more than $20/hour!

As a small family owned business we are very flexible with scheduling, are working side by side with our small staff and do not take tips for ourselves choosing to give 100% of the tips to our staff even when we are doing customer service ourselves. We offer perks like free meals and drinks and a 10% employee discount.

We are also hoping to find an exceptional long-term employee who can prove themselves to be reliable, trustworthy and can excel in all required aspects of our business. We can offer wage increases and talk about making a salaried manager at some point.

Because we rely on a small team of two or at most three people to run the business we need team players who are good working together, communicating with each other and the customers and knowledge of or willingness to learn all aspects of the business like customer service, making coffee drinks and preparing sandwiches. Potential employees must also be able to think and move at a fast pace and be on your feet for hours at a time during busy hours and keeping busy with cleaning, restocking and prepping when between rushes.
