- Provide in-person and remote Level 1/Level 2 support to end-users on a variety of issues including, but not limited to:
- Client (PC) issues
- Printing issues
- LAN issues
- Local power/UPS issues
- Software training and support issues
- Account/password issues
- Remote access issues
- Audio Visual issues and assistance
- Assist with ongoing IT projects including, but not limited to:
- Client (PC) imaging and replacement
- Printer/Multi-Function Printer ordering/leasing
- Software maintenance and licensing
- Drive continuous improvement of efficiency and accuracy using technology and expansion of service management tools to automate and digitize existing manual business processes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Preferred 2+ years’ experience in a service desk role deploying hardware.
- Strong time management and decision-making skills
- Strong background in IT general controls including security and change management
