Shoveling Manager – Snow Operations (Bi-Lingual Crews)

Position: Shoveling Manager

Seasonal / On-Call (Snow Events)

Pay: Hourly $30-$35/hr

We are seeking a reliable and organized Shoveling Manager to oversee multiple snow shoveling crews during winter storm events. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can manage people, communicate clearly, and keep operations running smoothly under pressure.

Responsibilities

-Manage and supervise multiple snow shoveling crews across all properties around the Metro

-Coordinate crew deployment before, during, and after snow events

-Communicate instructions clearly in English and Spanish

-Track Crew Hours

-Ensure sidewalks, entrances, and pedestrian areas are cleared safely and on time

-Monitor quality, productivity, and attendance

-Act as the main point of contact between crews and company leadership

-Handle issues quickly and professionally in fast-paced conditions

-Handle and address complaints

-Track Crews on Aspire CRM

Requirements:

-Bi-lingual (English & Spanish)

-Prior experience leading crews (snow removal, landscaping, construction, or similar)

-Strong communication and organizational skills

-Ability to work long hours during snow events (nights, weekends, holidays)

-Reliable transportation and phone

-This position MIGHT require shoveling at times
