Skilled Laborer/Finisher - Concrete Operations

Primetime Concrete – Duluth, MN (Twin Ports & Surrounding Areas)

Full-Time | $30+/hr DOE | Monday–Friday | Minimal Weekends

Primetime Concrete is seeking a motivated and dependable skilled laborer/finisher to join our hardworking, fast-paced crew. We specialize in high-quality residential and light commercial concrete work across the Twin Ports region.

What You’ll Do

Pour and finish concrete on residential and commercial projects

Frame and form for flatwork and foundations

Tie rebar and prepare job sites

Operate equipment such as skid steers and small hand tools

Drive work trucks and assist with material transport

Support finishers and masons

Keep job sites clean and organized

What We’re Looking For

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor

Previous concrete or construction experience required

Punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions and safety protocols

Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Pay & Benefits

$30/hour or more depending on experience

Overtime pay

Monday–Friday (hours vary depending on job)

Minimal weekend work required
