What You’ll Do

Set tile like a pro: ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, mosaics, large format—you name it

Prep surfaces, waterproof, level, and lay out jobs with precision

Create clean cuts and tight lines that would make even the toughest inspector smile

Work on bathrooms, kitchens, remodels, new builds, and custom projects

Collaborate with a team that actually cares (we promise!)

Bring solutions, not excuses, when challenges pop up

Keep job sites clean, safe, and moving forward

What You Bring

3+ years of tile-setting experience or rock-solid skill

Knowledge of industry standards (TCNA, proper waterproofing, layout best practices)

A good attitude and pride in your craft

Reliable transportation and your own basic tools

Ability to lift materials, move around job sites, and handle physical work

Bonus points if you’ve worked with high-end residential, advanced systems, or tricky patterns
