Now Hiring - Solar Site Installation SupervisorMendota Heights -$35-$48/HR DOEJob DescriptionWe are a commercial solar company based in Minnesota, specializing in 40kw-5mw projects. Most of our projects involve rooftop installations, with some ground work projects and a mix of both. Currently, we have 8+ projects lined up across Minnesota, primarily in Southern MN, with a couple in Brainerd and Baxter. We are seeking a Solar Site Installation Supervisor to set up job sites and lead our teams to meet project deadlines.QualificationsExperience leading a crew of Installers and Electricians on solar projects.The person will be responsible for the below

Conducting Site Assessments

Taking Good quality pictures of Installation Areas (Roof, Switchgears, Inverters Area, Building overall)

Taking measurements on site

Filling checklists (I will prepare that for each installation)

Verify the required material's quantity take-off on site.

Prepare site reports (Daily Productivity sheets for labor)

Preparing the schedule for the Manpower to be required on site

Any other task assigned as we progress
