SENIOR ANALYST HR TALENT SOLUTIONS

This role will serve as the subject matter expert for global talent capabilities and processes with a primary focus in talent acquisition. Expectations of this role are to drive innovations that enhance user experience, support HR process and technology efforts and deliver value to our global employee base through our talent solutions. This role is also expected to demonstrate high proficiency in project management, system knowledge/configuration, process/data analysis and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Lead recruiting analyst resource for HR business process and technology projects
  • Lead day to day technical support for our recruiting solutions
  • Staffing Database (iCIMS ATS) platform and career site product expertise
  • Workday product expertise in the areas of Core HCM, recruiting and talent
  • Provide Workday subject matter functional expertise for day-to-day support and development including business process configuration, complex calculated fields, integrations, EIB(s), testing and other troubleshooting support
  • Partner with business to understand pain points, prioritize requirements and identify opportunities to improve processes/gain efficiency by leveraging existing and new functionality
  • Partner with business to define functional requirements - including data, configuration and integration needs - and translate into technical requirements
  • Identify and articulate process impacts on technology, data and processes and potential constraints or downstream impacts
  • Ensure system health and sustainability
  • Responsible for quality assurance, creation of test scripts and testing execution
  • Develop documentation and training to support system or processes changes
  • Lead process and functional discussions while collaborating with Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Business Partners, HR Operations, technical teams and third-party vendors
  • Coverage during core Central Time Hours of 9am-3:00pm

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong experience with Workday Core HCM, recruiting and talent configuration
  • Experience with Staffing (iCIMS ATS) platform configuration and career site products
  • Experience working in a global company
  • Ability to gather and translate business requirements into specifications
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/activities and prioritize appropriately
  • Ability to work with contractors and third-party vendors to ensure a quality result on projects and enhancements
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, design, configure and support data, processes, and technology
  • Experience supporting stabilization and ongoing production support of technical solutions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks/activities and prioritize appropriately
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills with technical and business partners at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
  • High integrity, sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information

  • Highly organized individual with a process improvement and client service mindset
  • Proven ability to work successfully with global, cross-functional project teams and translate complex business analysis into actionable recommendations through to implementation
  • Ability to train and lead others
  • Results oriented with a track record of accomplishments, ability to problem solve and overcome challenges
  • High initiative and passion for improving business systems and processes
