We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Data Analyst with broad knowledge of the digital analytics space and a deep understanding of Adobe reporting offerings and solutions. Bringing your experience solutions for end-to-end reporting for clients, you know what it takes to transform cross-channel datasets into meaningful metrics and visualizations. Working closely with business stakeholders, you’re the go-to person for crafting insightful reports and dashboards that address critical business questions. On top of your technical expertise, you excel at leading project teams in fast paced environments and collaborating effectively with clients and team members at all levels.You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:
Develop reports and analytics that analyze Marketing and Operational trends and performance metrics within Adobe CJA
Partner with the business to gather reporting requirements and gain a deep understanding of the data
Identify opportunities to drive efficiencies within the business processes
Leverage analytics to identify quality issues and drive to solutions
Build relationships with related functions within Marketing to ensure clear, two-way communications channel

4+ years of experience in data or business analysis
4+ years of experience gathering and documenting requirements from the client or business
Experience developing reporting, data structures and data insights within Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
Experience in cross-team collaboration, particularly with the ability to cross technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency in distilling insights and presenting to business leadership
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Platform suite of tools
Experience working with the integration of customer experience (e.g. survey) and customer behavioral data
Knowledge and understanding of cross-channel (digital, contact center, etc.) customer journey data and analysis
Background in the healthcare industry
Passion for understanding and improving the customer experience
Proven exceptional critical thinking skills, including the ability to quickly assimilate new information

Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $173,200 annually.
