Description We are seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst based in St. Paul, Minnesota. In this role, you will be accountable for the financial and accounting activities in our organization. This includes leading financial close processes, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic insights to support decision-making. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the financial close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting Analyze financial and operational data for trends and variances to budget/forecast Provide insights and recommendations based on comprehensive financial analysis Collaborate cross-functionally to support the close process, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives Assist with the analysis and modeling of acquisition targets and lead accounting and finance integration of acquisitions Recommend and assist with the implementation of process improvements and controls to enhance efficiency and scalability across different functions Support the development of management reporting and KPI’s to better understand business performance Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting activities Partner with brand leadership to understand opportunities and risks facing the business. Requirements Must hold a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role. Proficiency in 'About Time' software for effective time management. Proficient in handling various accounting functions and maintaining financial records. Ability to manage and streamline budget processes. Experience in expense reporting and financial auditing. Solid understanding of finance principles and their application. Experience in month-end close activities. Proficiency in SAP software for financial management. Ability to analyze, explain and investigate variance in financial data. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification, such as a CFA or MBA, is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
