Job Details

Position: Medical Science Liaison (2 Needs - Midwest AND Mid-Atlantic)

Reports to: Senior Director, Field Medical

Position Summary:The MSL is a remote role focused on developing and maintaining peer-to-peer relationships with key medical experts. This role will primarily support the program. The MSL will collaborate with physicians and other medical experts to support trial enrollment, provide program and protocol training and ensure that health care professionals have the most up-to-date information as the clinical development programs mature.

Current geographical areas of need:
  • Midwest
  • Mid-Atlantic
EDUCATION:
  • MD, PharmD or PhD
  • MSL experience preferred but not required
If no MSL experience, industry experience within Medical Affairs, Clinical Development or Clinical Operations Required Oncology, Urology, or Urology-Oncology. Bladder Cancer HIGHLY preferred

SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Energetically embraces responsibilities, demonstrates ability to achieve goals
  • Has strong initiative, and functions well as part of a cross-functional team
o Exhibits excellent time managemento Demonstrated ability to work independentlyo Excellent verbal and written communication skillso Experience in a start-up environment preferredo Must be pro-active team player, flexible, and ability to work in ambiguous situationso Office is home-basedo Travel within region up to 50-75%.o Required travel to medical meetings, team meetings, and other group meetings (will require some weekends)
