Description We are looking for a meticulous Office Manager in the Healthcare/NHS industry to join our team located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity, with the possibility of remote work. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing health plan reports, resolving discrepancies, preparing member notifications, supporting the delegation oversight department, and assisting in maintaining communication templates. Responsibilities: Develop and deliver special Health Plan report requests for auditing purposes. Troubleshoot and resolve errors or discrepancies identified when reviewing distributed reports. Prepare member notification mailings for specialist terminations using mass mailing processes. Support the Delegation Oversight Department through data project management and process improvement activities. Assist the management team with file/audit log preparation for health plan audits. Maintain tracking logs and create Service Now tickets for health plan reporting new templates. Assist in maintaining letter templates and communication changes with team members. Use, protect, and disclose patients' protected health information in accordance with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards. Develop and maintain specific reporting departmental job aides for team member cross-training related to the department responsibilities. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements Proven experience in a healthcare setting, preferably within the NHS Strong skills in customer service and communication to interact with various stakeholders Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Experience in delivering training and facilitating team development Ability to conduct auditing and reporting, ensuring compliance with NHS standards and regulations Comfortable with workstation support and troubleshooting technical issues Experience in project management with the ability to oversee various tasks and deadlines Knowledge of HIPAA-regulated processes and health insurance policies Ability to handle terminations and interviewing processes in a sensitive and professional manner Demonstrated skills in process improvement and discrepancy management Experience in creating and managing templates for office documentation Familiarity with health plan administration and offshore coordination Experience meeting specific reporting requirements, including mass mailings Strong phone presence and ability to handle high volume of calls Ability to provide oversight on various office operations.
