Sr. Sales Rep-CRHFLocation:Mounds View, Minnesota, United StatesRequisition #:21000O02Post Date:7 hours agoPosition Description:Sr. Sales Rep-CRHF reporting to Medtronic, Inc. in Mounds View, MN; responsible for Las Vegas/Northern Arizona territory; works to achieve sales revenue targets and grow market share for the territory by promoting, selling and servicing Medtronic CRHF (Cardiac Rhythm and Heart Failure) related products; educate and train physicians and allied health professionals on the use of Medtronic products and operating room procedures and the function of devices and algorithms; sell physician preference implantable products in hospital and clinic environments; conduct follow up device checks on all products to include Pacemakers, Implantable Defibrillators, Cardiac Resynchronization Pacemakers, Cardiac Resynchronization Defibrillators and Insertable Loop Recorders; provide support during the implantation of all devices; provide ongoing field intelligence reports on competitive activity, changes in markets, distribution, and pricing as well as input on customer preference and product features; participate in clinical study discussion both reviewing published data and supporting the implant/follow up of both industry-supported and physician-initiated research; Account, inventory, expense, and budget coordination; must be available and willing to serve customer 24/7 for emergent cases; must be insurable (car insurance) and have a valid drivers license and must be able to travel 25% to 50% to provide sales and service to various hospitals and clinics in Las Vegas/Northern Arizona territory.Basic Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering or health care related field plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate sales experience for cardiac rhythm management medical devices. Must possess a minimum of five (5) years of experience with each of the following: Selling implantable products in hospital environment to interventional cardiology, Cardiothoracic and Vascular surgeons; Operating Room procedures, protocols and the function of devices and algorithms; teaching and educating medical personnel, peers and technical support personnel; selling and servicing products to include Pacemakers, Implantable Defibrillators, Cardiac Resynchronization Pacemakers, Cardiac Resynchronization Defibrillators and Insertable Loop Recorders; clinical study discussion, reviewing published data and supporting the implant/follow up of research; account, inventory, expense, and budget coordination; and ability to work in operation room and answer call 24/7. Must be insurable (car insurance) and have a valid drivers license and must be able to travel regionally 25% to 50% in the Las Vegas/Northern Arizona territory.
