Auburn Homes & Services is a great place to ignite your potential! RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure adequate and appropriate staffing of the assisted livingProvide clerical support to the nursing departmentServe as a mentor and key trainer to newly hired Nursing AssistantsHelp each resident reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with personal care and daily living activities.Document services performed on computerized charting system.Observe resident and report any changes in physical and emotional condition such as change in attitude, reaction, and appetite, to the supervisor.Perform additional tasks as needed.
