Services include sex offense specific treatment, education programming, therapeutic recreation, vocational programming, and volunteer services.Our team in Moose Lake, MN is seeking a dynamic, dedicated individual to join our team for a unique and rewarding career opportunity as Supervisor of Clinical Programming-Education. This position provides supervision to professional level staff and manages multiple clinical therapy programs in development, direction and implementation of clinical programming.· Manages assigned department staff including hiring, training, delegating responsibility, and employee oversight.· Evaluate employee performance, reward or discipline employees accordingly· Oversees clinical programming department including Education and Volunteer Services operations, quality of clinical programming services and client relations.· Directs the development, implementation and maintenance of department policies and guidelinesMinimum Qualifications· Demonstrated leadership experience that can include one or more of the following:o Experience as a supervisor, leadworker, team lead, project leado Completion of a State of Minnesota leadership program (e.g. ELI, L4)o A paid/unpaid position leading a program or chairing a committee (e.g. ERG) - must include:§ 1+ year of experience identifying issues, goals and strategic actions, 100+ hours per year time commitment AND· 3 years professional level experience in a mental health setting or sex offender treatment demonstrating the following:o Supervision of staff including hiring and selection, establishing, assigning and supervising work tasks, training and development of staffo Planning and development of administrative activities to maintain departmental goals.o Providing leadership in the development, expansion and maintenance of departmental priorities, tasks and responsibilities.o Overseeing and implementing clinical programming, life skills/education, and/or initiatives designed to enhance the services provided to committed clientsPreferred Qualifications· 1 year of supervisory experience in mental health and/or sexual offender treatment· Our employees are dedicated to ensuring cultural responsiveness.
