The Super Hero Program Consultant will report to the program director and be part of a broader cross-functional team that leverages program management, reporting, communications and event planning to bring the recognition program to life.You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:

Provide quality reporting and analytics to support the end-to-end Super Hero program

Partner with the program director to determine the nomination and selection strategy and gain key stakeholder support. Identify process improvements and develop solutions to streamline and scale the nomination and selection process

Lead the nomination and selection process including:

Develop and execute reporting to support each phase of the process

Develop and maintain detailed project plan. Ensure project deliverables remain on track. Adjust timelines as needed with an understanding of downstream impacts to partners and process operations

Conduct relevant testing to ensure processes are working as designed

Serve as the primary point of contact with the nomination site vendor

Provide team member and stakeholder support to ensure a positive customer experience

Support other workstreams and partners (e.g.: U.S. and global recognition events, communications, vendor partners)

5+ years of experience working with large, confidential data sets and performing data analysis

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, V-Lookups, statistical functions, formulas, import/export data)

Proficient in using tools/technology (MS Word, Power Point, Share Point)

Demonstrated ability to independently drive and complete tasks with limited oversight

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative, rapidly changing environment

Proven flexibility to support other workstreams as needed throughout the program cycle

Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with partners across the organization

Proven effective communication skills; oral and written

Has previously worked or is currently working as a contractor placed at UHG or one of its subsidiaries or affiliates

Preferred Qualifications:

Project/program management experience (preferably in Smartsheet)

Experience working with a BI tool (e.g., Domo, PowerBI, Tableau, or equivalent)

Experience creating presentations and presenting to various audiences

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with al minimum wage laws as applicable.
