- Provide user technical assistance with computer hardware and software – roughly 230 laptops across 22 locations and home users
- Environment – Windows 10/11; Office 365; SharePoint 365; Team; Dynamics CRM (highly customized operations system); AD hybrid; almost all servers transitioned to Azure and 365; GoTo phone system and video chat; OneLogin MFA; Custom mobile app on iStore and Playstore
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or remote
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
- Prep and rollout laptops to new users
- Training to end users on technology listed above
- Role will be in the Duluth, GA office 4 days per week minimum but prefer full time in office
