Swiss Machinist

We are seeking an experienced Swiss Machinist who can join our clients team and hit the ground running. We are looking for a candidate who has strong experience programing, setting up, and operating Tsugami Swiss CNC machines to manufacture precision components.

Duties:

-Program, set up, and operate Tsugami Swiss-type CNC machines to manufacture precision components.

-Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accurate production.

-Perform tooling setups, offsets, and in-process inspections to maintain tight tolerances.

-Troubleshoot machining issues and make real-time adjustments to programs or tooling.

-Conduct routine maintenance and ensure machines are kept in optimal condition.

-Work collaboratively with engineering and quality teams to improve processes and output

Experience:

-Proven experience as a Machinist

-Proficiency in Swiss CNC programming and operation, particularly with Tsugami Swiss Machines.

-Proficient in reading technical drawings and using precision measuring instruments.

-Strong understanding of machining principles, G-code, and CNC controls.

-Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
