Swiss Programmer

Looking for a Swiss Programmer in Burnsville, MNThe Swiss Programmer/Machinist will manage the equipment required to manufacture FDA-regulated implants and surgical instruments. You will be programming with advanced software and machining on a Citizen L-32 Swiss machine. Plan and schedule machining processes to create and maintain an inventory of medical implants and surgical instruments on the Swiss Lathe – Citizen L32-XII. Maintain organization and documents for production records in accordance with Good Documentation Practices, FDA 21 CFR, and relevant guidelines, including programs and tool setup.Looking for:

Proficiency in advanced software

SolidWorks

Experience with Esprit for programming swiss machines

Tooling Inventory (FastTrack / Productivity Inc.)

Trig and Algebra Calculations

Manual Inspection Equipment (Calipers, Micrometers, etc.)

Vision Measuring System

Microsoft Office / Microsoft Excel

Google Suite

eQMS (QT9)

ERP
