If you are a

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Eden Prairie, MN location, you will support Product Lifecycle Management which is a vital application used to design and manufacture Emerson products. You will be designing, programming, testing, implementing, and maintaining client/server, and web-based applications. As a Systems Administrator you will:
  • Act as first line support for Teamcenter PLM application issue
  • Have an understanding of CAD-to-Teamcenter integrations
  • Be responsible for Teamcenter User account creation & maintenance
  • Perform software server and client installs and upgrades
  • Create and maintain Teamcenter workflow templates and queries
  • Have experience with basic scripting and/or programming
  • Have an advanced understanding of Windows environment
  • Author and maintain system and user documentation
  • Conduct and/or Assist with user training
  • Have basic Project Management concepts

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science/ Information Technology and a minimum of five (5) years of relative experience or equivalent experience
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
  • Product Lifecycle Management application support- preferably with Siemens Teamcenter
  • Windows based application support
  • Experience with ECAD and / or MCAD tools- Cadence and Creo preferred
  • Experience with EBS tools- Oracle EBS preferred
  • Higher level programming and scripting ability
