Responsibilities
- Work with team of engineers to support global environment
- Support level 2 and 3 escalations
- Active Directory (Azure AD and AD)
- Office 365
- Enterprise Mobility + Security
- Windows and Linux servers
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager
- Mimecast, Fortinet, or Barracuda
- Domain design, group policy, SSO
- Device management, deployment and patching; SOE, VDI, Jamf, InTune
- Identity and access management tools
- 5 or more years of technical background in a corporate environment with on-prem and cloud solutions, including work with systems and network administration, compute, security, databases and data storage, phone systems, etc.
- ITIL and DevOps practices and products such as Jira or ServiceNow
- VMware Vsphere 6.7+
- VDI environment
- Microsoft and application licensing
- Hardware refresh/recycle
- Application migration from on-prem to cloud
- Developing scripting or software
- Source control management tools (Git, Github, Bitbucket, etc.)
- Leading infrastructure as code tool chains
