Systems Technology Specialist (Must live in Minnesota)

The Remote Systems Technology Specialist helps support and expand the use of remote monitoring, assistive technology, and alternative supervision systems across Dungarvin programs.Responsibilities may include:Monitoring remote support and technology systemsReviewing reports, alerts, and system informationTroubleshooting technology concerns and coordinating solutionsAssisting with equipment installations and system setupCommunicating with program teams, vendors, and other departmentsProviding training and ongoing support to staff using technology systemsHelping identify opportunities to improve or expand the use of remote and assistive technologyMaintaining accurate documentation and following up on technology-related needsThis role may be a great fit for someone who is organized, self-directed, comfortable with technology, and enjoys helping others learn and use new systems.
