As a Talent Development Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in supporting employee growth and engagement across the company. From managing HR systems and publishing online learning content, to coordinating training logistics and providing day-to-day administrative support, this role helps ensure our talent initiatives run smoothly and make an impact.What you’ll do:Administer and maintain our HR Talent systems, including the Learning Management System (LMS), Engagement Platform, and other tools.Collaborate with subject matter experts and the Talent team to create and publish online learning content.Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communication for workshops, training sessions, and other development events.Provide documentation support for talent programs, processes, and system usage, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.Assist with data entry, reporting, and analysis of learning and engagement metrics.Act as a point of contact for system-related questions and troubleshooting, escalating issues as needed.Support the Talent team with administrative tasks and special projects.
