The Business Analyst is a key member within a Product Team that works collaboratively in an Agile environment and focuses on improving our solutions for our Order Management and Fulfillment related functions. The Business Analyst will help our team understand, define, implement, and measure new functionality that delivers on our business goals and improves our customers experience. This role is highly cross-functional, and works closely with our internal business partners, product and engineering teams, and 3rd party vendors. You will need to be able to work autonomously, be analytical, results and metrics driven, and have a history of successful implementations. You must have a solid understanding of process analysis, requirements gathering, facilitating, and documenting systems design for both software package and service-oriented architecture solutions.

What youll do:Partner with Product Owners and Delivery Manager to drive the strategies and priorities within the agile teamsAct as a liaison between the business and the agile teams by establishing the business and customer benefits by clarifying, translating requirements for actionable solutions by:Analyzing intake requests and creating artifacts to clearly define the what based on business scenarios and communicate to Engineering as a bridge to the howAnalyzing and creating mapping documentationUnderstanding current state systems and business processes to become the subject matter expert for assigned areas, and adapt those processes to the desired future stateEnsure compliance requirements are metFunction as the domain subject matter expert for order processing and fulfillmentMaintain consistent communication with internal and external business partnersSupport user training as neededBe an Agile advocate and actively participate in all Agile ceremonies in the following capacity:Participate in daily stand upFacilitate, collaborate, and gain consensus on user stories with development teamCreate clear and complete stories, including acceptance criteriaAssist with grooming, preparing, organizing, and managing a 23-month product backlog.Participate and assist with sprint planning, removing roadblocks, and velocity managementParticipate in assessing deployment preparedness, planning, communication, monitoring and executionParticipate in demo preparation and presentation as applicableParticipate in retros, support the teams in establishing and achieving goals and actionable follow upsSupport team members in cross-functional tasks such as Quality Assurance and production supportAssist in creation of test cases and scenariosSupport end to end testingMonitor, triage, and assess production tickets as neededAnalyze root cause and provide recommendationsAssist with resolution and remediation of compliance issuesAssess and recommend opportunities to automateConduct functional reviews of system changes
