What You Will Work On

As the Technical Product Owner of Clear Collateral Review, you will be responsible for deeply understanding our customers' and prospects' needs. You will work to clearly define and communicate the value of functional enhancements to internal and external partners. Reporting to the Product Director of Software Platforms, you will partner closely with our Software Engineering and Machine Learning teams, as well as collaborate across the company with Sales, Customer Support, Product Marketing, Strategic Partnerships, Legal and Finance. You'll have the opportunity to:
  • Develop a roadmap, write functional requirements, and manage the backlog for our API, Platform, and ClearPhoto (PhotoAI) products
  • Support customers and reseller partners with feedback sessions, product documentation and regular product updates
  • Track user behavior by using tools like MixPanel to understand and address customer pain-points
  • Develop sales enablement tools for our Reseller partners and internal sales teams
  • Develop a scalable onboarding program for new customers
  • Perform and document prospect interviews and product demos
  • Monitor competition and the mortgage underwriting industry
  • Conduct new feature training for our sales, support, and marketing teams
Who We are Looking For

Along with a deep sense of curiosity and a desire to solve problems for our customers, you should have:
  • BS/BA degree in business, operations, technology, or a related field
  • 3+ years product management or technical product owner experience delivering B2B workflow solutions to enterprises
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong collaboration skills and leadership presence
  • Experience working on agile product teams with competing priorities and aggressive timelines
  • Experience managing product efforts through every stage of development
Bonus points if you have:
  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Experience in the PropTech, mortgage or real estate industries
