Technical Program Leader

Pay Rate: $60 / hour

Our client is an American manufacturer of off-road vehicles, ATV's, snowmobiles & electric cars. They are looking for an experienced

Technical Program Leader who specializes in Embedded Vehicle Control Systems to join their team!

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the vehicle controls program. This includes ECU hardware/software requirements, diagnostics, and communications for domains including but not limited to powertrain, body, braking, steering, infotainment, electrification, and connected controllers.

Here's what our ideal candidate has:

  • 3+ years' experience planning automotive programs with technical and functional leadership and fluent in Program Management best-practices
  • Experience working on vehicle controllers, and the ability to apply program mgmt. best practices to ensure delivering highest quality on-time and target
  • Ability to manage and prioritize their work and work of others and take proactive measures
  • Experience giving status updates, reaching out to stakeholders in team, communicating up and across org to highlight risks, proactively working with team to mitigate risks, creating status reports of projects, and fighting fires that pop up during project mgmt.
  • Fluent communication skills
  • Experience with embedded systems, electrical engineering, or manufacturing in the automotive space
