The position will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of programs to support OEMs and Machine Builders in the pursuit of end-user projects in the US market.This is an outstanding opportunity to join a strong team providing the best end to end industrial automation solutions in the market. Siemens is leading the charge in providing innovative solutions to bolster the manufacturing renaissance in the US.As the Technical Project Manager, you will make an impact:

Identify requirements, define strategy, create plans, and execute programs to support OEMs and Machine builders

Identify measures to ensure long-term sustainability of the modernization, conversion or standardization program at the US-based end-user

Participate in account pursuits and develop value package to easily communicate the support and value of the Siemens product/technology portfolio and resources

Facilitate collaboration with overseas Siemens OEM Sales teams and the domestic Siemens team in support of end-user projects in the US.

Execute investments and measures to support OEMs as well as end-user acceptance in the US market including but not limited to:

o Local support team structureo Priority Supporto Field service resourceso Tailored training plano Local inventory and spare partso Escalation management Tracking performance and success of programs including actual investments, orders/revenue, and other key performance indicatorsYou will excel if you have the following qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive experience in managing program

Bachelor degree: computer science, engineering, business, marketing or sales (or equivalent relevant work experience)

Typically 8+ years of experience in industrial sales, business development and/or program management

Basic program management skills (budget control, scheduling, etc.)

Project/program management experience and experience leading others

Good communication skills; both written and oral

Sales and business development skills along with commercial sense

Basic understanding of the automation and motion technology

Experience in the deployment of automation projects

Travel 30%

The pay range for this position is $87,000-$149,200 and the annual incentive target is 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.Qualified Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States.
