It all begins with outstanding talent. It all begins with you.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Manager in the Home Lending organization. Within Wells Fargo Home Lending, the Change Management & Delivery Team facilitates the delivery of change to support the operations of Retail, Capital Markets, and Servicing. This manager will lead a team of 8-12 test analysts responsible for user testing the BKFS LoanSphere product suite and other Home Lending applications.In this role, you will:Supervise test analysts who provide UAT support for basic to moderately complex Waterfall and Agile efforts to ensure timely completion and quality of software delivery

Identify continuous improvement opportunities within the team and create action plans for solving problems

Make day to day supervisory decisions and resolve issues related to new and evolving business strategies, projects, etc.

Leverage interpretation of compliance and risk management requirements

Collaborate and consult with business and technical groups to ensure effective technical solutions are provided based on business requirements

Manage allocation of people and financial resources for providing solid technical and business expertise to ensure effective testing and implementation of enhancements

Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications:2+ years of Business Systems Data, Business Systems Designing, and Information Technology consulting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

1+ years leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills

Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment

Experience with Agile

Knowledge of Servicing business processes; LoanSphere experience a plus

Demonstrated understanding of Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies

Jira and Quality Center (ALM) experience

Advanced analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Knowledge and understanding of user acceptance testing including: planning, strategy, script creation, and execution

Job Expectations:This position requires compliance with all mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo's compliance policies related to these requirements including acceptable background check investigation results. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and required reporting of certain incidents

Hybrid work schedule of 3 days in the office, with the option of 2 days from home

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
