- Investigating and reporting hazards or suspicious circumstances
- Responding to alarms
- Following direct response protocol
- Working independently and follow driving routes
- Learning different building systems, technology and following policies

- Complete tasks individually and work as a Team
- You must be 18 years old
- For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English proficiently
- A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
- Driver's license and clear driving record is required for this position
- Past driving experience is highly preferred
