- Ensure stability and integrity of voice services: SIP, FOIP, VOIP, PBX
- Administer phone reporting systems: ISI, Mitel, Tapit including creating/modifying reports and training
- Ensure stability and integrity of systems by working with external telecom vendors for MACD, repair, troubleshooting
- Manage Telecom/Network subscriptions and services with various providers.
- Support Cisco Call Manager VOIP infrastructure, CUCM 11.5, CUCXN, CCX, Mitel SIP/PBX
- Maintain, and serve as technical contact for all external vendors (both telecom and network)
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for telecom administration
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior network team members
- Create and maintain documentation as it relates to telephony configuration
- Provide backup support for the Network Engineer for all network existing network hardware, software, and communication links
- Provide in-person and remote Level 2/Level 3 support to end-users on a variety of issues including, but not limited to:
- Cellular phone issues
- Telephony issues
- Circuit issues
- All other duties as assigned

- Prepare communications and/or presentations regarding project statuses and outcomes to team members, key stakeholders and senior management.
- Effectively communicate project expectations and timelines, and delegate assigned tasks to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Track timelines using appropriate tools, and hold team members and stakeholders accountable to those timelines.
- Proactively assess project risks, identify related controls, resolve issues and conflicts and create contingency plans where necessary.
- Develop and document policies and procedures, as well as identify policy and procedure improvement opportunities among assigned projects.
- Mentor other team members on project initiation, planning, implementation, and reporting
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Deep experience with Cisco phone systems, VOIP
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent vendor relationship skills
- Superior change management skills
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to change priorities rapidly
- Ability to work within and maintain high-performing teams
- Preferred: 4-year degree
- Preferred: Healthcare or dental industry experience
- Preferred: Experience with manufacturing processes
