Star Lake Wilderness Camp sits on 400 undeveloped acres and provides opportunities for kids who don't typically get outdoor experiences to live in the woods, cook over a fire, learn survival skills, build confidence and have FUN The majority of our campers attend on scholarship and we recently received a conservation easement from the State of Minnesota to protect our land into perpetuity from development.

Compensation starts at $600/week and goes up from there based on experience. We are looking at camp season/employment from mid-June through mid-August, and can flex around academic calendars.

We invest in the development of our staff and offer training in Developmental Principles that guide all of our camper-centered programming.
