Description We are seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador to join our team in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role involves acting as a liaison between various teams, maintaining the upkeep of building spaces, and providing top-notch customer service. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Ensure exceptional customer service for both internal and external visitors Oversee front of house services and efficiently manage incoming queries Plan and assist with physical setup for events and meetings, including arranging furniture, signage, and equipment Maintain and update daily records of space and room bookings as well as event calendars Collaborate with the facilities team and other services as necessary Manage customer inquiries and issues in a professional and confident manner Conduct daily site walk checklist to ensure flawless execution and immediate remediation of any dangerous conditions Ensure meeting rooms and collaboration spaces are ready for use when unoccupied and all office equipment is in good working condition Work collaboratively with colleagues, Facilities Management, Engineering, Project Management, and vendors to support workspace functionality Consolidate all customer issues and generate monthly reports Maintain high visibility in the workplace, spending a minimum of four hours per day walking the site Build meaningful relationships with stakeholders across all levels, carrying a hospitality calling card as appropriate Respond to all requests or issues within one day of receipt, prioritizing urgent matters first Share communications collaterals with the team.Requirements Proficiency in customer service Strong communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint Experience in operations and planning Familiarity with workstation support Experience in receptionist duties Ability to effectively deal with vendors Understanding of regulation and compliance functions Experience in facility and calendar management Engineering skills Ability to effectively engage with stakeholders Experience in handling receipts Proficiency in time management Ability to collaborate effectively with team members Ability to handle and resolve queries Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites Strong interpersonal skills Experience in defect management.
