The ideal candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills, be highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.Essential Job Functions:

Prepare and provide clients with required due diligence documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Facilitate and manage client audit requests, including virtual and onsite audits, while maintaining compliance with internal and external audit standards

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing guidance, and resolving issues promptly and professionally

Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to gather necessary information and coordinate audit activities

Maintain thorough records of all client interactions, audit activities, and outcomes to ensure transparency and accountability

Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements

Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities

Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope including managing the change control process

Sets and manages client expectations

Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to customer

Understands how and when to make a choice; how and when to escalate issues to higher levels. Analyzes the risks and future impact of decisions.

Ensures audit documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately

Manages day-to-day client interaction

Facilitates customer meetings effectively

Effectively communicates relevant audit information to leadership

Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely manner

Understands how to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully

Continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships

Builds a knowledge base of each client’s business, organization, and objectives

Maintain confidentiality of all company and customer information

Possess general understanding in the areas of application, database, and system design

Meet service level expectations and exceed them when appropriate

Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, IT, or a related field

Entry level professional with 2-4 years of industry

2-4 years of prior experience in IT auditing, compliance, or risk management

Familiarity with audit tools and virtual collaboration platforms

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders daily

Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Basic understanding of IT audit principles and practices (strongly preferred)

Strong technical background and understanding of cloud controls

Experience with NIST compliance or controls

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment

Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies.
