Looking for an Experienced, Trustworthy hard working liable, rehabbing contractor in Michigan that will stand behind his work. My projects range from very minor to complete renovation. Example, I may require site visits, estimate cost for renovation prior to purchase in order to make purchase offers, to complete renovations to include all mechanicals, roof, foundation work, and all finish work. Our models is to renovate homes to provide to deserving families who do not qualify for traditional financing.
