This position is a project leadership role where the selected person will provide expertise to the Functional Teams byanalyzing business requirements, providing design solutions, and performing tasks to assist with the implementation ofnew statewide HR and Payroll modules. Typical duties would include:- Participating in Project Team Leadership planning meetings- Participating in Project Plan reviews- Participating in/Leading Functional Testing efforts- Participating in/Leading training material development and reviews- Participating in/Leading end user events (kickoffs, solution review sessions, training sessions)- Participating in/Leading meetings with Developers to discuss Functional Specifications- Participating in/Leading meetings with Stakeholders to discuss policies and system design solutions- Participating in/Leading SuccessFactors semiannual update efforts- Participating in/Leading system issue resolution, tasks, and enhancement trackingThe project scope will include, but is not limited to, the implementation of: SAP SuccessFactors Employee CentralPayroll, SAP ECC Time Management, and SAP ECC Travel Management.

Required Skills/Experience:Provide the minimum required skills and/or experience the contractor must possess to qualify for this position. Theserequirements will be transferred to the Score Sheet and candidates without these requirements reflected on their resume willNOT be presented to the manager for consideration.Completed at least 2 full lifecycle IT project implementations

Examples: Previous supervisoryexperience, WebLogic experience helpful, etc.Participated on an IT project for a public sector clientHas supervision and hands on experienceHas functional knowledge of HR and PayrollHas leadership competenciesHas strong organizational skillsHas excellent communication skills (diplomatic, persuasive, respectful, and clear)Has payroll system experience (payroll compare testing cycles and knowledgable about common payroll issues)Is able to identify and solve issues quickly and successfullyIs customer service focused.
