Front Desk – Car Sales & Service Coordinator $2,500 to $4,500 month

We’re hiring! The Auto Connect in Ocean Springs is looking for a reliable, friendly person to run the front desk of our growing dealership and repair shop. This role is a mix of customer service, light sales, and service writing.

Duties:

Greet customers and answer phones

Coordinate test drives and repair appointments

Respond to Facebook/online leads

Write simple repair tickets and take payments

Work with our mechanic and owner on scheduling

Pay Structure:

$300/week base guaranteed

$150 per car sold

Monthly bonus based on service department revenue (up to $350/month)

Typical monthly pay ranges from $2,500 to $4,500 depending on performance.

Ideal candidate:

Friendly, dependable, and good with people

Comfortable with Facebook, email, and basic computer use

Automotive experience a plus (not required—we will train the right person)
