The role has expertise in leading teams for the improvement of processes and programs, analyzing the long-term impact of new and anticipated strategies, and contributing to a multi-billion-dollar revenue stream.Strategy and Implementation
Focus on the upcoming strategies and execution of implementation and advancement of Pro Elite facilities
Build strong relationships with Field Operations, Ford Pro, Ford Customer Service Division and Dealers to be able to work together and effectively implement Ford Pro Elite objectives
Strategically develop Go-To-Market plan to target Dealerships with a minimum threshold of commercial Units in Operation (UIO) in each Region
Lead the Ford Pro Elite Solutions Team and Agency launch team
Collaborates with business leaders and senior management to influence, develop, and execute Ford Pro Elite plans to support the regional business strategy
Strategically develop effective plan to cover unserved commercial UIO
Deliver a Ford Pro Service Elite facility vision in compliance with Retail Network standards
Utilization of data to lead strategic decisions and implement throughout different Regions and Market Areas
Market Representation / Distribution and Deliverables
Deliver 120 Ford Pro Service Elite Centers by the end of 2026
Deliver a Ford Pro Service Elite marketing plan nationally and for individual dealerships
Focus on implementing a Ford Pro Service Elite Technician Recruiting plan
Alleviate roadblocks, bottlenecks and bureaucracy that delay facility and bay openings
Establish Ford Pro Service Elite brand differentiators to drive appropriate Dealer adoption
Champion the delivery of a Ford Pro training ecosystem to deliver compliant/timely facilities (General Office, Regional Manager, Market Representation, Commercial Business Managers, National Account Managers, Business Development Specialist, Dealers/ Retailer Education & Training, Agency, etc.)
Collaborating and building relationships with key stakeholders to capitalize:
Grow and manage the Ford Pro Service Elite and Market Rep General Office and Field Team
Negotiate with dealers, franchise owners and commercial businesses on Ford Pro related targets
Strategically communicate Ford Pro Service Elite benefits and standards
Collaborate with Mobile Service Team to deliver vehicles, ROs, experiences, and parts revenue
Collaborate with Ford Customer Service Division departments to deliver facility/bay objectives
Collaborate with the Retail Network Team to ensure right dealer, right location, with the right commercial UIO
Support the Ford Pro Service Elite Network Marketing, PR brand messaging (capacity, stalls, geography, uptime CX etc.)
Work with the Regional Retail Network teams to maintain Ford Pro Service Elite Network standards
Drive Dealer Council Sub Committee and CAB Ford Pro Service Elite education and adoption
Support & drive uptime Network leadership
Employee Development and Market Area/Regional Strategy Development
Lead the Ford Pro Service Elite team towards a culture of excellence in which employees feel engaged and inspired to deliver business results.
Develop and implement long-term people and culture plans, strategies, and initiatives to support the delivery of business transformation
Conduct Individual Development Plan meeting with direct reports and ensure implementation
Play key role in task teams for special projects regarding business growth, etc.
The Minimum Requirements We Seek
Bachelor’s degree in business or business-related Degrees (Marketing, Management, Economics, Finance, Communications, Hospitality Business)
8+ years of automotive service experience and dealership, commercial customer experience
Franchise and commercial business experience
Enhanced experience and knowledge in data analytics
Ability to lead a team and collaborate cross-skill teams, across all market areas and regions, and with commercial customers
Experience creating, developing & instituting benefits and standards
Proficiency in parts and service revenue growth and market rep acumen
Ability to deliver timely & consistent results
Comfortable working in white space (adaptable & flexible) to drive results
Ability to use real time project experience to inform your approach
Extremely strong communication and organizational skills
Eager to enjoy a dynamic journey
Ability to travel in market that may require overnight travel (i.e., Hotel stays Tuesdays to Fridays)
Minimum Travel Required: 50% travel
Travel may be 100+ miles and fly zones may be applicable
Our Preferred Requirements
Retail Marketing, Market Rep, Marketing, Parts and Service, and Strategy experience preferred
Logistics planning and supply chain experience
Years of experience in marketing, sales, service and customer experience
Extensive Dealer contact and operations experience
Multiple years of knowledge and understanding of dealership operations, market representation
Excellent Dealer relations, commercial experience and communication skills
