Help Desk

Description

Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve computer-related problems, including software installations, network connectivity, and hardware malfunctions.

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.

Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software.

Document and track all support requests and resolutions.

Maintain inventory of hardware and software assets.

Provide technical guidance and training to end-users.

Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in IT or related field preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in help desk.

Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.

Proficiency in [operating systems, e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux].

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in IT support (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+).

Experience with [specific software applications, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite].

Knowledge of ITIL service management framework.
