Looking for a well rounded handyman for our Lafayette properties. We have around 150 properties in

the city and surrounding areas.

Usual Work Includes:

- Light Plumbing

- Light Electrical

- Flooring

- Drywall

- Painting

- Roofing

- Deep cleaning

- Yard work / Tree removal

- Full home turn arounds

It will not be full time work. We pay per job and pay at the end of the completion of the job. It is

around 10 work orders/wk.
