The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.We are looking for a Mod Shop Warehouse Operator. This position will be based at our Southaven, MS Distribution Center.Role Description

Accurately pick and replenish MOD shop orders following established procedures and safety guidelines

Utilize various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of orders and meet productivity goals

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse by following proper storage and labeling procedures

Conduct regular quality control checks to identify any damaged or defective items

Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, safety protocols, and warehouse procedures

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to lift heavy objects, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods

Proficient in using warehouse equipment, such as order pickers and reach trucks.

Basic proficiency using an RF scanner.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of SAP and/or other warehouse management system experience.

The hourly pay rate for this position is $17.00. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
