PC Technician

Description PC TechnicianRobert Half Technology is seeking a TWO PC Technicians for a project in Jackson, Mississippi. The right candidate will be responsible for setting up workstations, troubleshooting hardware issues, and maintaining efficient computer systems within our office setting.Responsibilities: Set up workstations, including PCs, laptops, and peripheral devices like printers and phones. Handle imaging tasks for PCs and laptops, ensuring systems are correctly configured with necessary software. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer hardware, including Dell and Mac computers. Perform cable installation tasks to ensure a seamless connection between devices. Manage computer imaging tasks, including system backups and data recovery. Utilize Active Directory to manage user access and ensure system security. Maintain and repair Apple devices as needed. Monitor and maintain printer hardware, ensuring devices are functioning optimally. Work with Windows Operating System and other software, performing updates and installations as necessary.
