Product Manager - Full-time Intern Conversion

Job DescriptionThis FTE conversion requisition is ONLY for current Oracle PD interns to be rehired for full-time rolesWork as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. Have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent science/engineering field by August 2025.

Have completed coursework, projects, internships, and or research in 3 or more of the following:

Micro-Services Architecture

Container Architectures (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)

User Interface Design

Have academic course work, work experience, or completed project research in one or more of the following Business Management areas (or equivalents):

Optimization

Statistics

Supply Chain

Reside in the United States and/or attend a university in the US.

Able to obtain work authorization in the US in 2025.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
