Production Team Leader

Job Title: Production Team Lead - WeldingJob DescriptionAs a Production Team Lead, you will oversee a team of 3-6 production employees in the welding area. Your primary responsibilities will include managing robotic welding lines, line set-up, ensuring KPIs and production quality are met, conducting first piece quality checks, and handling minor weld and machine repairs. Additionally, you will monitor line staffing, material flows, and productivity, while directly reporting to the Group Lead to ensure all production and quality standards are upheld. This role requires active participation in production, quality troubleshooting, and training team members to maintain high-quality standards.Hard Skills

Job TypeThis is a permanent position.Work SiteThis is a fully on-site position in Jackson, Tennessee.Work EnvironmentYou will work in a temperature-controlled automotive manufacturing facility that is clean and organized. The role requires wearing personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, and hearing protection. Shift hours for this position are 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM or 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime and weekend work.
